Ce·DUR Shakes were designed with simple concepts in mind.  Concepts like “The best product, poorly installed, is a liability.”  Thus, one of ENDUR•ALL's primary design criteria was to make the installation of Ce·DUR Shakes as simple as possible.  This naturally led to the decision to make installation “just like wood shakes” because that  means:
                                          

►  no special installation training or certification ►  no special tools, fasteners, or techniques

         Ce·DUR was therefore designed to accept both nails and staples, manually or pneumatically, within a large fastening zone with no predetermined or predrilled holes.

       Additionally, the Ce·DUR roof system was designed, tested and certified to employ standard, readily available underlayments (felts), and to require no battens or mounting clips.

         Ce·DUR can be installed year round in most climates (best and safest above 32°F), cuts with any saw blade, and requires no trim or coatings on cut edges.
